All patient information is kept securely at the practice. Please ask at reception if you would like to see a copy of the confidentiality protocol.

Your opinion counts!
The practice welcomes any comments or suggestions regarding our service. A ‘comment box’ is available at reception or alternatively please use the comments link on the homepage of our website.
 

Complaints

 
We have a complaints procedure at the practice which any of the staff will be happy to explain to you. A complaints leaflet can also be found in reception. We will try to resolve any matters with you informally and you are welcome to ask to see the clinic manager with any complaint. If you would like to make a formal complaint in writing please address the letter to the Clinic Manager who will acknowledge your letter within three working days and investigate the complaint thereafter.
